As a Housekeeping Staff at our luxury resort, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are always immaculate. Your daily tasks will include cleaning, tidying, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. You will work in a team environment, collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly
• Stock and replenish linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
• Collaborate with housekeeping supervisors to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Follow and enforce resort-wide cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas and common spaces
• Assist in special projects and events as needed, such as decorating for holidays or special occasions
• Promote a positive and professional work environment for both colleagues and guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and mops
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
