Using tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse, you'll streamline our recruitment and onboarding processes, making sure we attract and retain top talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement training programs that align with company goals.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing conflicts and concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to managers, including performance management and succession planning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR, applying relevant knowledge to our organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
