📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of waitresses to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.,Train and develop new staff members to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic inventory management.,Fluent in Indonesian with good English skills.
