Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and community members.Provide expert advice and guidance to parents on the educational benefits and opportunities at Kingston International School.Assist in the recruitment and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition for new students.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative sales materials.Participate in school events and activities to strengthen community ties and promote the school's mission.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education sales and consultancy.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in education sales or consultancy, preferably in an international setting.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and market is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.🛠️ Keahlian
