📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures,Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
