📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist clients with beauty treatments, including facials, hair styling, and nail care.
• Ensure the beauty salon is clean and well-maintained, including stocking products and organizing the workspace.
• Recommend beauty products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with the beauty therapist to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
• Promote our ethical and sustainable beauty practices to clients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Care Assistant or similar role.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Knowledge of beauty products, tools, and techniques, including facials, hair styling, and nail care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with using beauty salon software, such as POS systems and customer management tools.
• Commitment to ethical and sustainable beauty practices.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods, including during peak hours.
