• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize crop yields and improve agricultural efficiency.

• Analyze large datasets using tools like Python, R, and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within the agricultural or agritech industry.
• Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of IoT, AI, and predictive analytics technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
