📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct quality inspections and testing on semiconductor and precision engineering products.
• Analyze data and identify trends to improve quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or precision engineering industry.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using quality management software such as Minitab, JMP, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality control charts.
