📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in menu development and costing processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality and consistency.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
