📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
