We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pontianak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of our goods. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start right away.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies, ensuring the safety of all personnel.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.,Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and insured.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
