📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Schedule and assign vehicles to employees as needed, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and service schedules, coordinating with service providers as necessary.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues related to the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to obtain a security clearance and pass a background check.
