Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high-quality coffee and exceptional service.
• Lead and mentor a team of baristas, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop and execute coffee recipes, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Train new staff on coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked and used efficiently.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our café’s unique character.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and industry best practices.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or coffee shop.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of baristas.
• Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, especially espresso-based drinks.
• Familiarity with coffee machines such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
