📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote healthcare products.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare products and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel to other locations as required.
