📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate documentation.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Handle general administrative tasks as required.,Promote a positive and professional image of the company.,Assist with event coordination and setup as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and basic computer skills.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
