📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the finance team, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Lead and mentor junior finance professionals in the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
