📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage and train a team of store associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
