📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of outlet staff, providing leadership and training.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct regular outlet audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Participate in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing outlet operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
