As a Legal Property Specialist, you will work closely with our legal team, property managers, and other stakeholders to review contracts, titles, and deeds, ensuring they are legally sound and compliant with Indonesian property laws. You'll also be responsible for drafting and negotiating property agreements, conducting due diligence, and managing property portfolios.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and analyze property contracts, titles, and deeds to ensure legal compliance and adherence to regulations.
• Draft and negotiate property agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence on potential property acquisitions and investments.
• Manage property portfolios, including monitoring leases, renewals, and terminations.
• Provide legal advice and support to property managers and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal professionals to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and present legal reports and analyses to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal property transactions and management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
