📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate and oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Work closely with our team to manage and optimize warehouse space, ensuring that our inventory is well-organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and waybills.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our warehouse and distribution processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with our customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices, including inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle, if required.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
