📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Maintain and update supplier databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
