📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and feedback during the interview process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
