📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
