Hotel Citra Fried Chicken is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are in good condition, scheduled for regular maintenance, and operated safely and efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and other transportation.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up to date.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and that all trips are completed safely and efficiently.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents, working closely with insurance companies and law enforcement as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, mechanics, and other departments.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
