📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Reviewing financial statements and internal controls to identify areas for improvement,Assisting in the preparation of audit reports and recommendations,Collaborating with department heads to address audit findings and implement corrective actions,Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in auditing,Providing training and guidance to junior staff on auditing procedures,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's audit processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus
