In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our global shipping operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global shipping industry.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other business documents.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales agreements.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field in the shipping or logistics industry.,Proficient in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.,Strong understanding of the global shipping industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
