Calf Coffee and Milkbar is looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Barista to join our team in Cimareme, Bandung. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and milk-based beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and milk-based beverages to customers.
  • Maintain and operate coffee equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee shop.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee and milk products.
  • Train and mentor junior baristas.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a barista or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with coffee shop software and equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
