📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage the financial planning and analysis processes to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to support decision-making.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other financial software tools.,Certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
