📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts and budgets.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and compliance.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.,Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and business growth.,Ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.,Train and mentor junior finance professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of insurance industry financial practices is a plus.
