🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in precision CNC machining, preferably in the aerospace industry.,Strong knowledge of CNC machine tools, programming, and machining techniques.,Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
