📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in inventory management and restocking products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.
