📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to participants,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of training software and tools
