📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the cutting department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Train and mentor a team of cutters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Optimize the cutting process, reducing waste and improving efficiency using tools like Cutting Master and Gerber Accumark.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of cutting, sewing, and finishing processes.
• Participate in regular meetings and updates with management to discuss departmental performance and strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying relevant knowledge to enhance departmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cutting leader or similar role in garment manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a cutting department, including experience with cutting software like Cutting Master and Gerber Accumark.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze production data.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and cutting techniques.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
